Balanced Dental Studio is a whole health dental practice in Lakewood, Colorado, serving families across the southwest Denver metro and Jefferson County.

We look past the tooth in front of us. If you grind at night, wake up tired, or get headaches you can't explain, those things often trace back to your bite, your jaw, or your airway. We check for that. Then we tell you what we found in plain language, before anyone picks up a drill.

Dr. Elizabeth Turner leads the practice and focuses on airway development, sleep and breathing, and infant and child tongue and lip ties. She teaches courses on tongue ties for other dentists. Dr. Meghan Holub, DDS trained at a Level I trauma center in the Bronx and works in dental implants, Invisalign, and restorative care.

Services include exams and cleanings, digital X-rays, mercury-free fillings, same-day CEREC crowns, root canals, veneers, whitening, Invisalign, dentures, and implant restoration. We also handle sleep apnea appliances, TMJ treatment, home sleep studies, and airway orthodontics for adults and children.

If dental visits make you anxious, say so when you call. We offer nitrous oxide, noise-canceling headphones, light-blocking glasses, and Netflix during treatment. Kids get a prize box on the way out.

Same-day appointments are available for dental emergencies. We're in-network with Delta Premier, accept most plans, and offer in-house membership plans starting at $275 a year for patients without insurance.
