IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst is a strategic problem solver who provides strategic support to business units throughout the City in implementing complex business initiatives. The incumbent will provide administrative and moderately complex technical work involving computer systems analysis, implementation, configuration, data analytics and computer programming for the City of Englewood. The incumbent works in partnership with other employees, departments/divisions, external entities, and the public in delivering effective and innovative services and serves as the main point of contact between the IT Department and other departments on specific projects. Provide holistic services to internal and external customers by seeking ways to integrate programs, improve efficiencies or services provided by other departments, divisions, and external entities.
